Esme and Eleni join forces, managing the chaos created by Şerif's attempt to poison all of Koçari and abduct Esme, and luring her into Adil's cleverly devised trap. Fadime, while frantically worried about İso, fights against Şerif's thirty men alongside her brother. Eleni manages to keep everyone alive until the ambulances arrive by setting up a triage area.
