Love It or List It

Derek and Andy were drawn to their home by the old-world charm, but now that they have two kids, and are looking to have more, their house doesn't fit their family. That's where Designer Hilary and Realtor David come in. Hilary and her team will reconfigure the space so it will fit the family now and in the future. David will search for home with both the character and charm they love, and the additional space they need. After all the work is finished, Derek and Andy will have a decision to make. Will they love their house again? Or will they list it?
