All the criminal are being arrested. Meanwhile, Dong Yi goes to see Jang Ok Jeong and reveals her plan on how to prove that she is guilty of stealing the records. Jang Ok Jeong is very angry and says that she and the Queen will suffer. As the King walks in, she pleads to the King that she is innocent but the King has listened to their conversation earlier. All the lower ranking Namin is arrested and their leaders are stripped of their titles. Some are executed and others, including Jang Hee Jae are exiled.
